Rental Policy

Costume rental price is for a 48 hour period, unless otherwise specified. Extended rentals must be specified at time of payment.

You may come in to choose your costume and then schedule the date for when you need to pick it up. Payment must be made at the time of the reservation.

Make Believe Inc. does not hold costumes without payment, nor do we accept partial payment.

All costumes must be returned on time. There will be a $20.00 late fee, per day, per costume. Fees will be assessed for excessive damage to costumes.

All rentals are subject to 9.50% tax, plus a $3.00 dry cleaning fee.

Costume rentals may be paid for by CASH OR CREDIT CARD. We accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express, & Discover. Unfortunately, no checks accepted.

A security deposit is required for all costume rentals, CASH OR CREDIT CARD. NO CHECKS. If cash is used, the amount will be noted on the rental contract.

There are NO REFUNDS for cancelled costumes.

There is a $15.00 exchange fee.

Costumes may not be altered or changed in any way without written permission of Make Believe, Inc.
