We are happy to offer travelers an easy option of renting before they get into town! Here at our website, you will find directions on how to take your measurements & choose your style of costume.
Our staff will then pull to your specifications and email you pictures of what is available. Once you have chosen and paid for your outfit, it will then be altered to fit your measurements
and be ready to pick up upon your arrival. You may try on your costume at pickup if you wish. However, once a costume has been reserved and paid for there are no refunds
if you decide to cancel. So it is very important that you are as accurate as possible with the measurement information you send us. If you prefer to try on the costume before renting it, be aware it may no longer be available when you get into town as we operate on a first come first serve basis.
Out of State Rental Procedures:
1. Choose your costume style.
Please take a look at our costume slideshow below to see the kinds of looks we can create or email us a picture of your own to give us a visual of what you would like.
Be sure to include any details on ideas you may have for what you might what your costumes to look like.
For example:
Would you like your costume sexy or classic?
Do you have a time period in mind?
Do you have a color scheme you would like?
Do you have a particular character, animal, or creature you would like to resemble?
Do you already have a mask you would like the costume to match?
2. We will need your measurements. It is very important that they are accurate! Follow our charts below to provide,: chest, waist, hip & inseam measurements. Please also include your
correct high, weight, and any other description which might be helpful. Such as: Are you busty, broad shouldered, short waisted, etc?
3. Give us a call!
Let us know of your interest and feel free to call with any other questions you might have. call us Monday-Saturday 10-6 or Sunday 11-5. If you call after hours, just leave us a message and we wil get back to you.
Most communication afterwards can be handled by email.
4. Reviewing your choices.
After receiving all of your specifications and sizes, our staff will email you images of various images of what is available. Feel free after that to ask questions regarding accessories, fabric, and color.
5. Choosing and renting your costume! You are almost done!
Once you have made your decision, full payment will be required to reserve your costume. Once it is reserved, there will be no refunds if you choose to cancel. If you prefer to try on the
costume before renting it, we will put it aside until you come into town. However, please keep in mind that we operate on a first come first serve basis. So it may be rented by another customer in the meantime.
